- Our delivery obligation is to the kerb. The client must provide safe access on site, and our drivers have the right to refuse invitations to enter a site if they have any doubts whatsoever.
- Our trucks cannot tow or be towed on site.
- Pumps cannot blow back into the bowls of our trucks
DECORATIVE MIXES
*The final appearance of the exposed mixes is entirely dependent on the placing contractor who controls the depth and uniformity of the exposure through their workmanship. As the stone is sourced from a river, from time to time there will be small sticks or other items in the surface – while every effort is made to minimise this risk, it is normal and expected and is not a reason for complaint.
